Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must remain attached (items with removed tags will not qualify)
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, including poly bag and carton

If the above conditions are not met, the return may be refused.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number
  2. You will receive return instructions and a return label
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
